1) Smile: The best thing to wear by a person is a smile, plays the most important role in the mind of the second person we meet. An absolutely free and most loved outfit by every single person to wear is a smile.
2) Handshake: Always meet the people with handshake. A handshake shouldn't be so tight that the other person starts feeling uncomfortable; and shouldn't be so loose that the other person feels you're not comfortable. It should be a warm one.
3) Make them feel important/special: This makes the conversation even more interesting. And never make the person feel uncomfortable.
4) Appreciate the effort of the other person: The other person meets you with some specific reason because in this busy world, no one is going to meet you without a reason and waste their valuable time in vain. And if they do something, or say something about what they did, do or even supposed to do, always appreciate them. But in case they are in a wrong track, correct them in a gentle way and in private.
5) Giving up an argument: I, personally, don't like to take part in arguments. But in an argument, if you're right and the other person disagrees with your view, just come to the conclusion by saying(smilingly) you're right and leave them.
6) Compliment them: Complimenting the second person in front of the other persons is a very good way to win the people's heart. But the compliment should be an appropriate one. Because inappropriate compliments make them uncomfortable and hence lead to grievance.
